Here you can find a quick intro to our You App

1. Launch the You App and log into your You account
2. Find the game via the search tool by the game name, or just swipe between games
3. The game videos start playing automatically

YOU Web

For account admins:

1. Log into your account here
2. Go to the My Videos section
3. Navigate between games in the Videos and Teams tabs or use the search tool
4. Click on the selected video to start watching it

For viewers or coaches:

1. Log into your account here

You can request video download both from the Web portal and the You App.

These instructions are for requesting a download link from You Web:

1. Log into your account here

2. Go to My Videos section

3. Find the video you would like to download and click on it

4. Under the video you will see a Share Menu bar; find the Request Video Export button and click on it

5. The download link will be sent to your email

6. Once you’ve received the email, you should see a link to the game; select the link to start the download.

These instructions are for requesting a download link from You App:

1. Open the You app

2. Find the video you would like to download

3. Select the share button at the top left

4. You should see an option that says Export Video—select it

5. Your email address should pop up along with a message stating that the export will be sent to your email

6. Once you’ve received the email, you should see a link to the game; select the link to start the download.

You can delete a published event via the You App.

1. Log in to the You App

2. Find the event you need via search option or swiping left-right

3. Press the three-dot menu at the top-right corner of the video

4. Choose the Delete option

You can change the event name via the You App.

5. Enter a new event name in the Event Title field

Yes, you can! Download the game to your PC and upload it directly to YouTube.

Generally, it will take up to 4–6 hours to process a 90–120-minute game after it uploads. However, your current upload speed can affect the process greatly.

We do produce highlights per player for basketball. For other sports, we generate all moments in play, so you can easily produce any type of highlight you want.

The camera setup can sometimes cause a black area to appear on the video. The black area is an area that was initially not filmed, usually sky at the top of the frame or grass at the very bottom, which appears once the video is zoomed out for game tracking purposes.

The option to download panoramic view is available for Admins on the Web platform. The panoramic view is only available for 30 days after the game has published to the You platform.
