Can I get a full refund on the camera and my subscription if I am not satisfied?
Do I have to pay additional fees for premium support?
No! If you’re signed up with a Pixellot You account, we offer free phone, email and chat support. Additionally, you can set up live in-game training and support.
Can I use my subscription for more than one team?
No. Currently if you would like to add an additional team to your subscription you will want to contact our support team.
Where do I purchase my camera and subscription bundle?
To purchase your subscription and Action Bundle, please click “Create Your Team” button or “Get Started” button on the plans page to start creating your account and walk through the steps to purchase your subscription.
Can I only purchase a subscription if I already have an action camera to record games?
Yes, as long as you already purchased an Action Bundle or own an SJ8 Pro you can select to only purchase a subscription.
Do I really need all the accessories that are suggested within a bundle?
Yes. We understand it may seem like a lot, but all of the accessories are provided to create the optimal recording experience. No matter the available recording space within the venue.
