Make sure you mount and place your camera at mid-court, mid-field, mid-ice, mid-pitch, etc. You must record at mid-field!

Your video content is stored on our cloud network, and 12 months of cloud storage is included with your subscription. After 12 months, we will start to reach out to see what content we can delete from your profile to keep it clutter-free.
Yes, all published events can be downloaded to PC. Each game or practice must go through our AI processing first. Once it’s finished, it will publish automatically to your You profile. Once published, you may download the game to your computer or an external hard drive if you’d like.

The Air cameracan record in normal outdoor playing conditions, during rain or snow. The Action camera is not weatherproof.
The only third-party cameras we support currently are GoPros 7, 8, 9, and 10.
